About us
As an excellent way to get away from the busy city and life as a Sheffield University student, why not join us for a sail in the beautiful setting of the Peak District.
We welcome and cater for all sailing abilities. Whether you’ve grown up sailing or have never stepped in a boat, we’d love for you to experience what our club has to offer.
We are a relatively small club which means that there is a great sense of community. We strive to give every one of our members an excellent day out on (and off) the water.
We sail throughout the year at Winscar Reservoir in the Peak District, a 40 minute drive from Sheffield, at Pennine Sailing Club with wonderful views on the way. We organise transport to the reservoir so you don’t have to worry about getting yourself there.

We cater for all abilities and offer a number of different activities for our members on the water.
